The Imaging Department are committed to building healthier lives and are constantly looking at ways to improve the care and services we provide. We would like to know more about your experience so that we know how we are doing.

All feedback is taken seriously and is used to either praise staff for the excellent care or service they have provided, or used to make improvements where needed. Many improvements at our hospital have started with feedback from a patient, carer or visitor. You really can make a difference by telling us about your experience.

Note our moderating hours are between 9.00 am – 5.00 pm, Monday – Friday. We value your feedback and aim to post a response to all comments within one working day or next working day.

  1. I attended for an MRI appointment on Saturday evening at 5.55pm. (25 May 2019)

    Can you please pass on my gratitude to Lorraine and her colleagues, who were wonderful, very friendly and welcoming, putting me at ease. The appointment was efficient I was fully informed and reassured all the way through the appointment.

    Once again thank you to the team for doing such a fantastic job.

  2. I had to attend for an ultrasound scan at Solihull Hospital last week.

    Sharon carried this out with utmost professionalism. She instilled confidence from start to finish – not only that I was in extremely good hands clinically, but her manner and approach were just perfect! Just the right amount of explanation, an air of calm, kindness etc!
